Utilizing this proprietary software program, we will perform a comprehensive analysis of your practice, determine the strengths and weaknesses of your practice and show you the path of least resistance to higher profitability.
You will also receive a copy of our Practice Hawk program, a system designed to track your new patients and monitor your treatment plan acceptance rate. This is a simple program that is easy-to-use but will have a major impact on the financial success of your practice. Each day the dentist will review the results of the Practice Hawk program and email them to Legacy Consultants, where we will monitor your progress.
In the upcoming days, the dentist will attend a three hour seminar designed to improve your case presentation skills. We will also define and even re-define your approach to dentistry as a business and emphasize the priorities in your practice. We also will provide a three hour seminar for your treatment plan coordinator (TPC) and present effective closing techniques and relationship building skills.
Many offices struggle with case acceptance. We have two exceptional “Closers” who will dedicate some time in your practice. Schedule some higher cost treatment plan presentations in a morning or afternoon and let them come in and gain case acceptance for you!
This is a 30 day program that will show the way to increasing your gross revenue by 20% and/or increasing your net profit by $10,000 each month. The investment for the program is only $3,500.00, which is due in advance.

Noon: Lunch with The dentist and review of analysis and ways to increase profit. The dentist will also be provided with expense tracking program if he doesn’t have one.
Afternoon: meet with TPC to implement tracking program and meet with office manager with the dentist instructions to email daily results
Phone support is available from 8 AM to 5 PM every business day. The dentist or OM or TPC can schedule a private consultation at our office if additional issues need to be addressed. We are committed to your success and we will recommend additional consulting services if required.
After attending The Dentist Seminar or the TPC Seminar, you are welcome to return to another monthly seminar at no additional fee.
