Rick Murray and Dr. Michael Warm met a few years ago in Phoenix. It took them only a few months to decide to launch a comprehensive dental consulting business together. Rick and Mike had one goal in mind: help dentists to fully comprehend and enjoy the business of dentistry. Rick Murray is the former Executive Director of the Arizona Dental Association (AZDA). He came to Arizona in 2002 from Albuquerque, where he was Executive Director of the New Mexico Dental Association.

While Rick is not a dentist (although he claims he plays one on TV) he lives and breathes the profession as if it were his own. Dentistry has brought some great rewards professionally and personally for Rick. He led AZDA through unprecedented growth-nearly doubling its membership in 6 years. Dr. Michael Warm is very experienced, personable with the highest level of integrity. After 25 years of business experience and owning several dental practices, Dr. Warm retired from his private practice. He then decided to combine his personal and professional experiences with his real passion: Consulting other dentists on running successful practices and assisting them to achieve the lifestyle they desire. He was recruited by one of the most prestigious medical and dental consulting groups in Phoenix, Wolfe Consulting Group, to run the dental consulting division. Very quickly, Dr. Warm leveraged his experience and strong business acumen to fuel record sales and profits. In 2007 he was recognized as 'Employee of the Year 2007' by the principles of Wolf Consulting Group.
